After Joanne gave birth to her first son, she felt that pull to rework her career so that she could spend more time with him. After her second son, she knew she had to find a way to become an entrepreneur, to create her own schedule and to be the boss of her own time. She decided to take control of her time, her life and all that was buzzing around her. The goal was not to find work-life balance, it was to become the queen bee.
