Listener question :
I’ve been on my own for most of this year with my 3 year old boy. I had planned to travel to see family in Scotland for Christmas and I had been so much looking forward to it. Now the government has changed the rules and I can’t go and I am devastated. I am so terribly lonely. I keep trying to tell myself it is just my thinking but that makes it worse. What can I do?
