It seems like when a mind created story comes up, it‘s more convincing than ever, like how dangerous it will be to go on stage. Also some physical symtpoms are very strong.
Somehow I can observe how the story comes up, but then when I‘m in it, I‘m so much in it that I can‘t really see it as a story anymore. I‘m very scared that I will get stuck in the story and won‘t be able to observe whats happening anymore..
I don‘t know if I‘m making sense.. I think my „self“ is trying to cry for help, knowing that it‘s under threat..
What am I missing here?
