Steven talks about the importance that “word of mouth” marketing has had on his business, as well as his unique buyback clause that he implemented for the first 10 - 15 years of his career that gave his customers a great sense of trust when working with him. TALKING THROUGH DECADES OF WATCH COLLECTING WITH AUTHOR AND JOURNALIST, NICHOLAS FOULKES

To start the show the two begin by discussing the North American watch market as well as what makes the watch industry unique in comparison to other industries of manufactured goods.
