We’re back with our last Keeping Up before the New Year! We cover everything from attending our first middle school A Capella concert to see what happens when we add sugar back into our diet. Discussing Sabina’s concert made us reflect on what makes a good parent and why we want our kids to find “their thing”. It's so important that we remind them that they should do the things they love for themselves, not for external validation.
