EP 125: Peoples Yoga Founders Leah and Lauren
Today on Super Mamas, we have Lauren Quan-Madrid and Leah Gallegos. After meeting through a soccer club, Leah and Lauren bonded over their love for Yoga and the lack of access to yoga their neighborhoods. This conversation motivated them to begin a mobile sharing yoga project throughout LA and Peoples Yoga was born. Today Leah and Lauren have a yoga studio in East LA and are incorporating their babies into their business mission and journey, while changing the perception of who practices yoga.
