Donald Trump has reversed his threats to impose tariffs on allies and announced plans to negotiate a deal for Greenland with NATO. The announcement follows his address at Davos where he issued warnings about using force to acquire Greenland, before backing down and stating he won't use force. The proposal doesn't address Denmark or Greenland's position on any potential deal.
