Kyle Sandilands faces potential contract termination from ARN Media following a two-week suspension for alleged on-air misconduct on The Kyle and Jackie O Show. The Australian Communications and Media Authority has found repeated breaches of broadcasting decency rules and imposed strict licence conditions on ARN Media. Sandilands has suggested he may purchase the radio network and is expected to pursue an $88 million legal battle if his contract is terminated.
