Radio host Kyle Sandilands is reportedly considering legal action against his employer, the Australian Radio Network (ARN), following his termination. His lawyers argue ARN has no substantial grounds for dismissal under his contract, as the network assumed all liability for his on-air statements when he signed his historic $100 million contract in 2023. Sandilands is seeking a payout for the remaining tens of millions of dollars owed under the agreement.
