Severe tropical Cyclone Narelle is impacting the Northern Territory's Top End as a Category 3 system, bringing wind gusts up to 120 kilometres per hour. Heavy rain accompanying the cyclone is expected to trigger minor flooding across the region. The system is forecast to weaken over the coming hours as it moves through the area.
