Kay Sidman, a show cook from Canberra, has her award-winning sweet chilli sauce recipe featured in the book after winning multiple prizes at the Camden Show. The cookbook aims to share traditionally guarded recipes from show competitions, including cakes, biscuits, jams and preserves that have won ribbons at country shows throughout Australia.
