Tabita Verburg (DOW Chemical) on the challenges facing Europe's energy-intensive industries

Europe's energy-intensive industries are struggling. The Antwerp Declaration, signed by industries almost a year ago, was a cry for help. A cry that will be answered next week when the European Commission presents the long-awaited Clean Industrial Deal. How bad is the situation? What should the deal include? And will it come in time?
