Dear Steve and Shirley, I am married and have been with my wife for many years. We were good friends before we became lovers and I helped her work through a lot of bad relationships before we started dating. I’ve never held her past against her and I never throw it up in her face. But, whenever we are out with our married friends, my wife likes to point out how she used to kick it back in the day and brag about all of the lavish gifts she got from her past lovers. It’s embarrassing to me and it makes her look bad. I told her that she sounds like a loose woman, but she said her past is in the past and it means nothing to her now...........
