Dear Steve and Shirley, When I met my wife five years ago she was all that I wanted and more. She was beautiful, sweet, driven, short and thick. Just how I like them. Now two kids in three years of marriage later I hardly recognize her. She has gained far too much weight. I told her I would work out with her and I went and bought exercise mats and dumbbells so we could get started.
