Jordan Shanks, also known as FriendlyJordies, is an influential Australian comedian, political satirist, and social commentator.
Jordan is synonymous with the menace of the internet, offering a unique blend of accessible politics and distinctly Aussie humour, engaging young men aged 18-35 in political discussions.
FriendlyJordies is unafraid to challenge the mainstream narrative and has faced controversies and legal challenges in his career, including disputes with politicians and organisations. Still, he remains dedicated to being independent and authentic in his content.
Beyond politics, he has also pivoted into the self-help genre, expanding his YouTube offerings to engage and inspire his audience. Despite his success, Jordan remains down-to-earth and true to himself, believing in the power of online platforms to reach and inform audiences directly.
