John Wayne Parr, an Australian Muay Thai legend, started his martial arts career at the young age of 11. He went on to become a 10-time World Champion before retiring at the age of 45 after a memorable cage bout against Eduard Folayang.


From his early days practising taekwondo to his storied career as a 10-time World Champion, Parr's legacy is a testament to his skill and dedication. In a discussion between Mark and John, they touch upon his family ties to combat sports and iconic clashes from the enduring fighter.
