Scott Howson, the new CEO and President of the American Hockey League joins Michael Russo to talk about his journey in hockey, from his career as a player in the OHL, AHL and NHL, to management positions with the Edmonton Oilers and Columbus Blue Jackets. Scott talks about getting the job with the AHL, the transition from David Andrews to himself, managing the league through the pandemic and how and when the AHL will return when it is safe to play again.Plus Scott shares his love for baseball, specifically the Cincinnati Reds, and how much he is looking forward to setting up shop in Springfield, the home base for the AHL.
