On today's episode, Jason kicks things off with a quick thought on the Carolina Panthers' Thursday Night Football victory over the Houston Texans. Carolina got the win to move to 3-0, but lost superstar running back Christian McCaffrey to a hamstring injury in the process. With CMC down, Sam Darnold and the Panthers could see that perfect record evaporate pretty quickly. Later, Producer Rob G joins the show to help make sense of the wild Ben Simmons-for-Kyrie Irving rumor that hit the news cycle earlier this week. Jason is convinced that the idea was floated out by a competing network in hopes of juicing their ratings, but is it possible that it could have had something to do with Kyrie's reported aversion to the COVID-19 vaccine? Either way, it's highly unlikely that Kyrie get moved at all, but it is a situation that needs to be monitored. Finally, Jason closes the show with a very special NFL and College Football weekend edition of the Best Bet.
