As I re-read this story now, I'm struck by how there is always a new chapter ahead even when it is hard to see it. I'm sure many of you are going through some challenges right now – life can get messy and complicated. Can you believe it?!!? I mean, REALLY, can you believe that this is the final chapter of The Enchanted April??? Can you even handle it? I mean, I barely can and I'm only the one on this side of the screen. It is as beautiful, elegant and just as awkward as you have come to expect of our incredible ladies. I promise you will not be disappointed.

There are many strands of the story and as we are winding things up, we must find a place for each of these strands. With the beauty of last week's chapter - Rose's husband appearing, as if from thin air - that is one major strand of the story finding a home, and yet, you will see the end of the strand still has a few untucked mini strands still to be taken care of. In this chapter we will see a few of these frayed ends pop up to entertain us just a little bit more. Today with The Enchanted April, we see an incredible moment - maybe not beautiful and graceful, but a moment nonetheless. If it's been a few days since you listened to Chapter 18, let me remind you that it ended with Mr. Briggs catching sight of Lady Caroline, and instantly he is struck dumb by her beauty. Finally, after pages and pages of hearing about Lady Caroline's effect on the masculine, we finally see the true effects and the very beginning of Briggs' infatuation. Today we get a glimpse of what that really means for each of them - the effect of it on Mr. Briggs and the reactions to it of Lady Caroline's. Of course, there are a few added surprises, but you'll just have to listen to the chapter to find out more...

After the shock of the last chapter, Rose needs something to revive her. Thankfully, she is delivered exactly what she needs, with a few additional moments of wonderment and awe. In case you needed even more charm in your life, we even explore the phenomenon touched on a few chapters ago: when you are nice to others, smiling, talking and laughing, your conversation partner responds with their own grins and seems even nicer than before and then you, in turn, add your dimples and twinkles and it turns into cyclical smiles, heightened affection and enjoyment.
