We have good reasons to retreat while a less confident, less passionate, less present side of us takes up our thoughts with worry. Bears hibernate to conserve energy, and we might feel a similar need for rest in the winter. But let’s remember - we live inside with comfort! If we don’t challenge ourselves to come out, to be present, and to show ourselves, our mind might get the best of us and think we are a sleepy old bear with nothing to offer. Let me remind you that this is not the real you!
