As I walked through the halls I realized that something was different. Everyone was staring at me but no one said a word.
"Hey, Luke," I said as I stopped by my locker to put my books.
Luke was more than my best friend, he was like a brother to me, so when he shook his head, slammed his locker and walked away I knew that something was up.
Hey, my name is Richard.
I quickly packed my books, closed my locker and followed Luke.
"Hey, what's going on?" I asked as I got hold of Luke's arm. Luke shrugged my arm off his and said, "I cant believe that you would do that."
Luke stormed off but before I could follow him I saw Claire. Claire was the girl that I had been crushing on since I was ten years old. She was also the Vice President of the school and as of yesterday I was voted the President.
