Show Notes
In this episode (in English and available also in video format on YouTube and Spotify) I will be interviewing the great Bry from Pontifacts, one of my favourite podcasts. I have already interviewed Bry ages ago about the byzantine papacy and I felt it was only proper and just to do the same now that we have entered a new period of papal history: the Carolingian papacy (VIII-IX century).
In this episode, you will find several hints of things to come, so that it will be a good intro to the new couple of centuries. On top, I will be briefly reviewing with Bry another period of papal history, the one where her podcast is currently in, and that fascinates me to no end: the Gregorian reform period of the XI century.
I hope you enjoy the interview!
