OXFORD HIGH SCHOOL SHOOTING
Near Detroit, Michigan
On November the 30th 2021, a 15 year old student came out of the bathroom and opened fire. Tragically four students lost their lives and seven more were left with injuries.
This is a watershed case, with not only domestic terrorism charges being laid against the shooter but involuntary manslaughter charges against the parents. Will it change the way parents allow their children to have access to weapons?
There is so much to unpack in this case that we have split it over two parts. We are joined by special guests, Frank DeAngelis, former Principal of Columbine High School and Katherine’s niece Meggan Preston who lives 30 minutes away from Oxford School.
