It was announced that Travis Frederick has been diagnosed with Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS). This is the same illness that afflicted Mark Schlereth back in 1993, when he played for the Washington Redskins. Mark shared his frightening battle with GBS that sidelined him, and how he ended up making it back to the game that he loved.
