Joanna Robinson and Richard Lawson of Vanity Fair are Still Watching: The Outsider, HBO and Richard Price’s miniseries adaptation of the Stephen King novel. This week covers “Must/Can’t,” the tenth and final episode of the season (but maybe not of the series?). A sequence of tense anti-climaxes bring Holly and Ralph face to face with El Cuco and consequences.
