Paul encourages other loss parents to let all the emotions come and to feel them. He also shares his experience of getting out into nature and planting a tree for his son Henry after he was stillborn at 38 weeks. And he advises that if you're going to ask a loss mom or loss dad the question "How are you?", to know that it is a loaded question.
