Dad Adam recounts how his wife Liza gave birth to their daughter Paige, who was stillborn at 36 weeks and 4 days due to a placental abruption and HELLP syndrome. HELLP syndrome is characterized by hemolysis (H) (breaking down of red blood cells), elevated liver enzymes (EL), and low platelet count (LP).
