Steve & Captain Evil: The Podcast

Steve and Captain Evil are back at Aztec Chevy for another podcast filmed in front of an intimate audience. The couple just got back from Hollywood where they took meetings and had a walk down memory lane. This episode dives deep into Steve and Captain Evil’s mentality of having to create their own path in the entertainment business. Plus Renae is even more pregnant!

This week’s episode was recorded on location at the Aztec Chevrolet car dealership in Beeville, Texas. Steve and Captain Evil talk about their surprise anniversary trip, which included rain, the Queens Gambit and a Yurt. Renae is “very” pregnant and getting close to the due date. The delivery plans have been made and then Steve decided to book a show on the delivery date. Don’t worry! It’s right across the street from the hospital.

The impossible has happened - Steve goes completely speechless. On this weeks podcast Captain Evil surprises Steve with a gift that brings the show to halt. In a good way. Steve gets a lesson on painting from Grandpa Joe and finds out it doesn’t matter if you are 4 or 40 years-old your father will always be your father.

Steve and Renae get back from a Florida work-cation and discuss the ruined surprise of their anniversary / babymoon. Steve & Captain Evil recap the weekend which they filmed a new comedy special and podcast in front of a live audience. Steve shares his experience going on stage in less than favorable conditions, and Captain Evil lets us know about Steve’s “anger fest” when it comes to a certain Swedish furniture company. It’s Captain Evil’s birthday and what Captain Evil wants, Captain Evil gets. Steve and Renae discuss how life should be about having fun, and that means Steve may show up at your bachelor party – if Renae doesn’t show up in a party bus first. And don’t get Steve started on a kid’s life expectations after throwing them an extravagant birthday party.

This week, Renae pulls the pregnancy card, and Steve’s afraid to ask Captain Evil to go see a friend. Steve and Garrett get a moment of peace - at least for a brief moment, the Treviños head to Orlando, and Renae needs more water.

On this week’s episode, Steve decides to build a shelf for the garage at the new house, and we learn the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree on Renae’s side of the family. Captain Evil makes more work for herself around the house, and a fan surprises Steve at a recent show.

Steve and Captain Evil discuss the good, the bad and the ugly aspects of weddings. Steve is convinced that Renae cast a spell on him that ends up with a messed up truck. So yeah, "shut your mouth."

Remember last episode when Steve called Captain Evil fat? This is the fallout from that episode. The couple reveal’s the gender of their baby and discuss baby names. And Steve wants a bigger TV.

On this week’s Steve and Captain Evil podcast, a certain husband called his pregnant wife fat. I’m sure you can guess how that went over. As if that wasn’t enough, Captain Evil goes through Steve’s email and finds he secretly went to a casino with the guys. AND THEN - Steve couldn’t answer Captain Evil’s call because he was on a Jetski.

Steve and Renae are not ready to have “that” talk with Garrett. Evidently Steve’s number one fan works at the Home Depot and "hooks him up!!!!” We also learn that Steve’s pride will not allow another man to help with cardboard boxes. As well, the couple discuss how they are handling this pregnancy differently from their first go around.

Captain Evil hooks Steve up to a device that replications what contractions feel like. In other words - on this episode Steve gives birth. Do we need to say more?
