Roberto Sembiante, a former Navy Diver, shares his journey from the military to real estate investing and now living a life of adventure. He started investing in real estate to increase his income and build wealth. He began with college rentals and eventually built a portfolio of nine single-family homes, a street in Connecticut, and several properties in Virginia Beach. He sold off his properties and now travels the world full-time. Rob emphasizes the importance of taking risks and understanding the realities of being a full-time real estate investor. He advises aspiring investors to build relationships and leverage other people's time. Rob's long-term goals include race directing and writing a book.
