Darren began his real estate investing journey in 2016, acquiring SFR's and flipping houses. He quickly realized that in order to scale bigger and faster, there had to be another way. Enter the asset class of multifamily!
Along with a handful of partners, Darren bought his first multifamily property of 62 units late in 2018. Previously in 2018, he left his W2 as a mechanical engineer, busted up his 401K, sold all his stock options, and bought as many units as possible at the time. During this time he began coaching for a well known multifamily education platform, which gives him great pleasure in trying to add value to other people.
Due to Darren's innate ability to create and maintain valuable relationships, he was given first look at an RV Park in 2021. Since then, he's acquiring six other parks. He also has an RV/Boat Storage facility. In 2024 he began coaching for a second educational platform, helping other create financial wealth through multifamily investing.
Darren’s wife, Penny, started her own mid-term rental business three years ago and is launching her coaching business in 2025. Darren thrives on mindset and motivating others, conveying his authenticity to gain trust of others, and helping others to believe in themselves.
