On this episode, the SOS team explore the dynamics of competition. The urge to compete runs deep and comes with both positive and negative connotations. Competition can foster resilience and elevate standards in performance; however, there are potential pitfalls with excessive competitiveness, such as jealousy and a negative mindset. While our biggest competitor is often ourselves, it's important to realize how we compete with our peers and teammates, all of which can provide feedback on the road to success.
