In Star Wars The Bad Batch episode 3, we see another example of how Tarkin and the Kaminoans are increasing the inhibitor chip's power on Crosshair's mind. I believe this clearly shows that if the chip can be increased, it was also be decreased. The only problem is, how can you apply it to everyone? Is there a fail safe order? A switch? Will Hunter have to use his abilities? Or is Order 66 fail proof?
