For the first podcast episode of 2023, I want to share a story about grief, love, loss, lessons from my Mom, and of course astrology. I want to share this story to help me process and reflect, to share my perspective on a taboo subject but also to show you, that every day the sun rises you are making choices that add up to the sum of your star-powered life. Here comes the sun.

In this final episode of 2022, I want to share with you what it means to operate at your highest potential. It's not about growth at all costs, but instead attuning to what success feels like for you, attracting the right people and experiences, and amplifying your star-powered radiance. As I teach you these markers of highest potentials, I reflect back on my 2022 in metrics and numbers to show you that sometimes downturns are you operating and choosing your highest potential, energy and capacity.

In this episode, I look at why work with celestial cycles. In the last 2 episodes where we looked at the collective mundane astrology for 2023, I shared what's in store for all of us. And I know you want to know, so what does this mean for me? Each of the stars, sun, moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto move at their own intervals. Sometimes those intervals ping and spark parts of your natal chart. Wouldn't it be nice to be able to know what to expect, how long it will last and how to intentionally work with that energy with peace and grace? In this episode I share how you can really tap into this divine timing.

The eclipse seasons really crack me open to inspiration and our recent Scorpio Solar Eclipse in alignment with a business retreat sparked deep realizations and abundant creation. So this eclipse season, I was able to dig into the roots to really come face to face with my feelings of unimportance, apprehension and inadequacy. It was powerful to come face to face with these painful feelings because I was able to feel into them, acknowledge them, thank them for protecting me and now dive heart first into the courage of the uncertainty to claim my BFD-ness.With this inner integration, magic poured forth and I want to share this with you!

Mars Retrograde is coming, we get this cycle for about 10 weeks every 2 years or so. When Mars is in Gemini, the energy can be scattered and erratic, changing in the Wind. Mars in Gemini challenges you to direct your thoughts, mindset, words, and understanding to activate a call to action. And when Mars is in Retrograde you get to redirect, reaffirm, and reassess, reenergize your Gemini understanding. It's like a Mercury Retrograde on steroids! This energy asks "how will you redirect and reassert your energy through your mindset, thoughts, and call to action?".

Connecting with your Spirit Guides is like learning a language, and Whitney guides us through some ways you can better understand the messages your guides are relaying to you. Just know that your spirit guides will always give you the message, you don't need to think hard or reach far to find it. Asha Frost, Indigenous Medicine woman, joins me in this episode about the Autumnal Equinox. Together we explore the significance of this balance between light and dark, how societies across the globe celebrated and what we can do to decolonize our beliefs to get back to our beautiful truth this season. This Equinox, sparking Libra season is the same day as the mid point of our Mercury Retrograde AND a few days before the Libra New Moon asks us to rewire our values, what we love and appreciate that are outside societal's outward markers. Then Buffalo medicine joins us, supporting us to trust what needs releasing so we can reclaim what is fully ours.

My original intention to share the wisdom of Mercury Retrograde in your work relationships (Libra) and service to others (Virgo) this episode was at the last minute put on a different path. As I've been relating more regularly to my Spirit Guides, they clearly showed me that I needed to go off script and talk about how we all need to use this reset cycle to decolonize our mindset in order to do our true Work this Mercury Rx. In this episode, a replay of a live masterclass, we unravel all the mindset and mentality to reframe, reset and realize true reconnection and reintegration in our service to others with our truest co-creators.

Full Moon in Aquarius means business this year in illuminating what needs to change in your life and Work. If you aren't choosing change and making decisions daily to break free of conformity and societal "shoulds" then this full moon might be your breaking point. Your being is activism. You can choose to opt out of oppressive systems. You have permission to follow you own passions and path. You are allowed to have fun for no purpose other than to play. The cosmos is BUSY out there as we close out July. And this upcoming Leo New Moon is lighting the fire to get the party started. With all this energy at play, it's really time to prioritize YOUR play and joy in all that you do and speak it to existence. Capricorn, ruled by Saturn, is about systems. And we live in a society that is full of oppressive systems that teach us to place authority outside of ourselves, work hard to reach goals set by others, doubt our own expertise, and overcommit to work we are not responsible for. Ugh. This full moon is your chance to reveal and illuminate all the ways the system keeps you held back so that you can revolutionize your authority.

Hello! It's been a long break and I've missed our astrology and Work conversations. I've needed to take a break because of massive burnout from the constant grind of content creation over the last 2 pandemic years AND a Saturn Transit. Saturn means business and instead of focusing on limitations and contractions, Saturn has shown me to prioritize, focus and commit to the important things. And this burnout has shown me how to deeply trust in this process without fear of missing out. This trust has given me crystal clarity on my next step forward with this podcast and business. This week, there are celestial square offs and meet ups that build tension but ultimately lead to creativity. When things are unconstrained, going smoothly and in flow, there is no need for change. Notice this week how much can happen in one short week. Do your best to not hold stress or anxiety. Yes, everything feels urgent. Instead, act with compassion and empathy for yourself and others. Breathe. You'll get through this mad dash of a week.

Sagittarius season + eclipse season = full speed ahead. Things feel faster than normal and that's ok, it's time to let go and expand. Sagittarius is the energy you need in your business to believe, explore, envision, inspire and optimize. With our final New Moon and Solar Eclipse of 2021, it's time to let go of belief systems you've outgrown so you can welcome a new belief system that supports manifesting your dreams and purpose. A very spiritual and imaginative month, so lovely for the end of the year. A time to connect to your highest self, your soul essence to get to your truth.
