Today my guests are from an amazing charity called Just Life, they are based in Brighton and Manchester. They are Fran and Alex, two prime examples of what we need working in an area that can be emotionally draining.
I think you can tell if a person is dedicated to their job or just going through the motions.
I would say these are prime examples of what is needed in this work.
