Ep 55The Egregious Outcomes Of Denying Free Speech
From Eric Clapton to Dr. Naomi Wolf to doctors who lost careers, the denial of Free Speech has damaging and lasting outcomes.
Ep 54Congress Tackling Big Tech for Big Censorship
On Episode 54 of Stand and Deliver...Patrick and Bob discuss the Congressional committee hearings to investigate the past censorship of American citizens by the former executives of Twitter. The tech giant was purchased last year by Elon Musk, who proceeded to release all the internal files detailing the actions of the former administrators, revealing their intentional collaboration with Democrat operatives to stifle all dissent when it came to Covid 19 and vaccination protocols. The House Judiciary committee has only begun to grill the executives for substituting their judgment for that of medical experts whom they suspended, all in service to their partners in the federal government. Patrick also warns to new AI technology that will eventually replace human interaction in virtually every space involving technology, commerce, and even education. This is an early look at what will be the greatest challenge to our First Amendment rights in history.
Ep 53Yelp Reviews vs. Free Speech
This discussion looks at Yelp policies to not reveal information about people who leave bad reviews on businesses. What are the boundaries of Free Speech?
Ep 52CFFS Celebrates One Year of Stand and Deliver!
This week marks the 52nd consecutive weekly episode of Stand and Deliver, and Patrick and Bob decided to celebrate the first anniversary of the podcast by....Standing and Delivering! The global elites at the World Economic Forum in Davos apparently laid out their plan for the United States to surrender to their European agenda of canceling free speech in America, but those of us at CFFS have other plans. As an EU chief declared that "illegal hate speech" will be coming soon to America, it will be up all defenders of the First Amendment to remind our elected leaders that the U.S. Constitution is not subject to global approval. Also coming out of Davos, the story of an American activist for Turning Point USA being targeted for harassment by TSA upon returning from the Summit, after sharing with her considerable online following what she discovered in Davos. And Facebook executives have decided to allow former President Donald Trump back onto their platform, as long as he and his followers adhere to "guardrails" in using the forum. What a novel concept: Restoring a citizen's free speech by announcing that he will not be permitted to speak freely.
Ep 51Episode 51 - WEF: Free Speech an ”Existential Threat to the Planet”
On Episode 51 of Stand and Deliver, the World Economic Forum in Davos is underway, and the top target for those with a globalist agenda: Free Speech! No less than the publisher of the New York Times declared that free speech--which allows for what they call 'misinformation'--is the most existential threat on the planet. They are terrified of the prospect of average citizens sharing information that challenges their own, and interferes with their agenda. On the social media front, LinkedIn has joined Twitter and Facebook as one the latest company to spike posts and cancel accounts of people who share information with which their "fact-checkers" disagree. We go inside the story shared by PJ Media. And on January 20, the Supreme Court will determine if they will take up a lawsuit filed by the states of Texas and Florida over the Silicon Valley power to censor opinions and points of view based solely on ideological differences.
Ep 50Episode 50 - Is Censorship Crumbling?
Recent events that have exposed massive collusion between the government and social media giants promise to put a huge dent in future censorship. An important victory for a Virginia parent who stood up for his first amendment rights when a school board decided it would no longer hear from a crowd of concerned parents. Also…future important victories may be on the horizon, thanks to a newly created congressional committee to investigate the weaponization of the government against the First Amendment rights of the citizens!
Ep 49Episode 49 - California Cancels... Medicine?
On the first episode of Stand in Deliver of 2023, we pick right off where we left the disastrous year of 2022: Defending free speech against the full frontal attacks that we all face. The state of California starts the new year with a new law forbidding doctors from being doctors. No physicians in the state are permitted to discuss diagnoses of illnesses or possible treatments unless they are consistent with the state medical community's "consensus" on the conditions. One of the most dangerous new laws to come down the line anywhere in America. Additionally, Bob and Pat discuss the danger of a United States senator declaring that "hate speech" is NOT protected by the First Amendment...while one school district in Virginia puts that to the test by trying to silence parents who say things that board members don't like.
Ep 48Episode 48 - The Free Speech Year in Review
On the final episode of Stand and Deliver in the year 2022, Patrick and Bob conduct a Year in Review for Free Speech. Between the acquisition of Twitter by billionaire Elon Musk, the revelation that the federal government was colluding with Big Tech to censor Americans, and the ongoing attempt to coerce people into saying things they do not believer, 2022 was a year unlike any other. The War for Free Speech is expected to continue into 2023, and CFFS is committed to winning the fight to protect our First Amendment!
Ep 47Episode 47: CFFS Year in Review
CFFS Deputy Director Kimberly Miller joins Bob Frantz for a look back at 2022 and what is in store for the new year as we renew our resolve to defend our First Amendment Rights. The two also discuss a story out of Arizona where the City of Phoenix has empowered the NFL to dictate temporary signage rules on private property ahead of the Super Bowl.
Ep 46Episode 46: Free Speech is not Violence
On the latest Stand and Deliver: Patrick and Bob address the latest threats to free speech online--forcing self-censorship by linking opinions to violence caused by others. At issue is the attempt to blame online criticism of controversial bodily mutilation of children for violent actions against people in the LGBTQ community. Politicians, celebrities, and media members have also claimed that refusing to use made-up, hand-crafted "pronouns" for people who self-identify as other random beings is also a form of violence. Any violent acts against any group of people are completely condemned by CFFS, and by everyone who is critical of the agenda to groom or recruit kids into confusing, alternative lifestyles. Free Americans must not allow fear of being linked to acts that they have nothing to do with lead to their own self-censorship.
Ep 45Episode 45 -303 Creative in hands of the Supreme Court
Patrick and Bob tackle the Supreme Court hearings on 303 Creative, the Colorado based website design company that refused to create a same-sex wedding webpage due to the owner's religious belief. The state of Colorado insists that people should be forced to say, create, or present anything that someone wants them to--which is massive violation of the First Amendment. Also up for discussion is a new statute in the state of New York that allows the state to punish what it defines as "hate speech" online. The law expressly prohibits speech that someone may consider to be abusive or hateful--despite the fact that such language is protected by the First Amendment. Even worse, the law requires the owner of the websites to condemn such speech and provide an outlet for visitors to complain about it, which also violates compelled speech laws. Finally, Patrick shares his own personal experience with disenfranchisement in the recent Arizona elections. Freedom is truly under attack when Americans cannot count on having their votes counted as they try and make changes to governments that may be failing them.
Ep 44Episode 44 - Update on Twitter, Google, Youtube
Ep 43Episode 43 - Fauci Faces deposition over Gov’t/Media collusion
As Anthony Fauci retires from the Federal government, he faces deposition by state Attorneys General over government collusion with social media giants as well as Big Media, to stifle free speech. California passed new law that could take away doctors' medical license to practice medicine if they talk to patients about things that don't reflect the "consensus" of medical opinion. Who determines the consensus? The government and Big Pharma, of course.
Ep 42Episode 42 - Freedom of religion attacked with Respect for Marriage Act.
Patrick and Bob discuss a true challenge to the freedom of religion and of speech that comes from the House and Senate "Respect for Marriage Act." Hidden behind the language of "pro same-sex marriage" is the meat of the bill, which would rob all persons of their right to reject same sex marriage requests based upon the teachings of their faith. Also written into the bill was "pro interracial-marriage" language, which is wholly unnecessary because interracial-marriage is, and has been for many decades, without challenge of any kind. The authors of the bill are simply looking to brand believers in one-man, one-woman marriage as racists for opposing interracial marriage protections written into the bill. Then Patrick gives us the lowdown on the federal government's attempts to purchase spyware in order to spy on virtually every aspect of every American's life, dependent upon the whims and wishes of the algorithm writers as to what "events" and "terms" they wish to flag.
Ep 41Episode 41 - Rumble sets the standard for social media companies protecting the first amendment.
On this weeks edition of Stand and Deliver, Patrick and Bob discuss the impact of Rumble’s decision to surrender all revenues generated in one country that tried to force them into censoring content. As such Rumble is no longer available in France, and the hope is that this type of courage in the face of suppression of speech spreads! Additionally, Patrick sounds the alarm on a bizarre alliance between the Rockefellers, George Soros, the Biden Administration and Hungary, in what appears to be a multi-national effort to control speech and information.
Ep 40Episode 40 -Journalists arrested for not disclosing whistleblower
Last week's victory parade was short-lived, as the forces opposed to the First Amendment appear to have re-grouped started new attacks. Among the topics covered this week: -A federal judge has locked up the two leaders of "True the Vote" who did the important work investigating voter fraud in the movie "2000 Mules". Catherine Engelbrecht and Greg Phillips are charged with contempt of court for not revealing the name of the source that tipped them off about electoral computer fraud and the exposure of personal information of millions of American voters to Chinese hackers. This one is a huge blow to freedom of the press, among other issues. -The FBI source who contacted Facebook executives and demanded that they sit on the Hunter Biden laptop story in 2020 is now in charge of the federal oversight of "misinformation and disinformation" in online arenas. -The government "disinformation board" that was supposedly scrapped after public outcry is back in operation by a different name, and is also being run by federal agents who collude and collaborate with the left wing social media executives. -And the "new" Twitter that celebrates free speech and allows all opinions may not be quite as advertised. Some questionable personnel decisions by new CEO Elon Musk have conservative Twitter users concerned that the new boss might be "same as the old boss." Tune in for this week's discussion, and check back each Friday for a new episode of Stand and Deliver! And remember, you can become a member of Citizens for Free Speech by texting "CFFS" to 313131! Join our causes in support of free speech!
Ep 39Episode 39 - Change of Direction at Twitter
Pat and Bob talk about Elon Musk's takeover of Twitter and what it might mean for Free Speech. Also, some good news about judicial decisions to right some wrongs of tyrannical mandates during COVID.
Ep 38Episode 38 - Free Speech Attacked By ”Consensus” of Science
It's a tactic as old as time itself, dating at least back to the Middle Ages: Elites claiming that science is settled, and silencing all dissenting voices on that basis. Patrick and Bob discuss the use of scientific consensus to censor free speech, this time in the area of pandemics and "health emergencies." An important article by Stephen Moore spotlights the threat to our First Amendment liberties in the name of what is actually "scientism" and fraudulent attempts to declare Big Pharma's answer to Covid 19 an unmitigated success, defying all research to the contrary. We also discuss the latest on the JCPA, or the media cartel act, which would effectively allow giant media corporations to band together and shut out smaller publications, may of which are more grounded in facts rather than left wing propaganda. First Amendment defenders on Capitol Hill remain divided on the issue for some reason, and Senator Mike Lee is the latest to try and bring clarity as to the danger of this bill.
Ep 37Episode 37 - European Union Drives Censorship In United States
Pat & Bob talk about how the European Parliament passed a law that mandates how social media must censor anti-narrative speech on things like the pandemic, medical treatment, global warming, globalist policies, etc. Violators can be forced to pay huge fines. Thus, even if we can stop the censorship collusion between our government and Big Tech, there is nothing we can do to stop the European Union. Also on the announcement schedule: Free Speech Statesman newspaper is hot off the press and is available to CFFS members in bundles of 25 on the CFFS store.
Ep 36Episode 36 - Censorship is descending everywhere
Global censorship, government censorship, Big Tech and Big Media censorship. PayPal drops UK's Free Speech Union from payment services. We are in the battle of our lives to save Free Speech and the First Amendment
Ep 35Episode 35 - S.673 - Journalism Competition and Preservation Act (Not!)
Patrick and Bob continue the discussion on the potentially disastrous S.673 senate bill, the "Journalism Competition and Preservation Act" that would create "media cartels" and would be a grave threat to freedom of speech online. While Republican Senator Rand Paul withdrew his support for the bill, his colleagues Ted Cruz and John Kennedy are supporting it. What does it all mean? Pat and Bob also spend time on the move for GLOBAL censorship, being led by the Prime Minister of New Zealand by way of a speech at the United Nations on the danger of "misinformation". Finally...an update on the first issue of the "Free Speech Statesman"!
Ep 34Episode 34 - It’s Back! S. 673: Journalism Competition and Preservation Act
We thought that S.673, the Journalism Competition and Preservation Act was dead. It is an egregious bill that lets Big Media form a cartel to beat up on Big Tech for a share of the income. It specifically gives them a free pass on being held accountable to existing Anti-Trust Laws already on the books to protect us from exactly this kind of cartel. Plus, the First Amendment clearly warns Congress to keeps its hands OFF of Free Speech - "Congress shall make no law respecting..." Sen. Ted Cruz, a member of the Judiciary Committee where S.673 has been stuck all year, has apparently caved to the Democrat sponsor of the bill, allowing it to pass out of the Judiciary, putting it up for a full vote on the Senate floor. Take action today by going to the CFFSAction website and send a letter to your Senator telling them to vote "NO!"
Ep 33Episode 33 - FBI, Facebook Collude to Spy On Americans With Election Concerns
Patrick and Bob tackle the newest--and most concerning--development in government/Big Tech collusion to target Americans with whom they disagree. DOJ sources have reported to multiple media sites that the FBI has been working with Facebook to learn which Americans have been critical of the 2020 election results, which could potentially lead to investigations of these Facebook users as "subversives" and "domestic terrorists." It's a direct assault on the First Amendment, treating citizens as criminals for questioning an election, which is something that a prominent businessman found out the hard way. Entrepreneur Mike Lindell found himself surround by FBI agents who confiscated his phone, with no warning, and with no opportunity to protect his information, simply because Lindell has vocally challenged the 2020 election results. Finally, the guys discuss transhumanism and an executive order from President Joe Biden that has Patrick wondering if this could be tantamount to the establishment of transhumanism as a religion--which would be a direct violation of the First Amendment.
Ep 32Episode 32 - Fed/Big Media Collusion Exposed
Pat and Bob analyze a major victory in the battle to preserve free speech online. A US District Court ruled that high-ranking U.S. officials must turn over all documents related to the government's collusion with Big Tech corporations to censor and suppress the speech of American citizens, including and especially top scientists and physicians who challenged the official government narrative on COVID 19. Authors and signatories of the "Great Barrington Declaration" have had their work ridiculed and their reputations destroyed for presenting evidence that countered the COVID policies put in place by the CDC and official scientific advisors such as Dr. Anthony Fauci.
Ep 31Episode 31: On the right side of history
Pat and Bob discuss what it truly means to stand and deliver in the face of threats to career and livelihood. NFL quarterback Aaron Rodgers was defiant in the face of enormous pressure to take the Covid profit-jab last season, and was castigated league-wide when it was revealed that he did not. Now, he's telling Joe Rogan about the league's attempts to force compliance, against his and others' constitutional rights, and is taking a victory lap after the CDC essentially rolled back all of their previous directives and mandates. The guys also discussed tennis star Novak Djokovich, who was banned from playing in the US Open because he also refuses to take the potentially dangerous jab. These star athletes are role models for others to follow, as they believe in their First Amendment rights and put their careers on the line to defend them. Also up for discussion is the "return" of the government's Disinformation Board, as the Biden bureaucrats push for more control over social media content moderation. And finally, as if those threats to free speech were not enough, the World Economic Forum is now promoting the idea of combining Artificial Intelligence with human moderators to further censor speech that dissents from the agenda of the globalists looking to silence all opposition.
Ep 30Episode 30 - Legal Actions for Non-Lawyers
This exciting interview with Heather Gass dives into legal actions that can be performed in local communities by non-lawyers - like CFFS members - to have very tangible outcomes. Things like: How to make a records or FOIA request for information How to create an affidavit How to make an ethics complaint or file a bar grievance How to file a judicial grievance How to create and file a criminal complaint Any ordinary citizen has more legal ability than they ever imagined. We take an high-level overview of why we need these legal tools to hold civic leaders accountable for their actions.
Ep 29Major Wins for Freedom of Religious Expression!
It's a packed new episode of Stand and Deliver! This week, Patrick and Bob spend some time on the "freedom of religion" part of the First Amendment, with two huge victories to report on. A church in in San Jose that was harassed and fined for holding services during the Covid 19 pandemic was cleared by an appellate court, and in Illinois, nearly 500 health care workers fired for not taking the Covid jab after having their religious exemptions denied won a massive settlement against their employers! Great news for the First Amendment on both counts! And on the free speech front, Bob shares the story of his latest suspension for violating the "community standards" of one of the social media giants, and Americans from across the country are choosing to self-silence rather than incur the wrath of tech giants and others. Don't forget to tune in each week for a new Stand and Deliver!
Ep 28Episode 28 - Donald Trump, Alex Jones under the Free Speech spotlight
Bob & Pat discuss the Free Speech implications of the FBI's raid on the residence of Donald Trump and the recent and massive judgement on Alex Jones legal battle in Texas. These are angles that hardly anyone is bringing up, but they are critical in the war on Free Speech in America.
Ep 27Episode 27: Medical Censorship with Dr. Sherri Tenpenny
at and Bob welcome a special guest to the podcast, a member of the CFFS Board of Advisors and an osteopathic physician, Dr. Sherri Tenpenny. Dr. Tenpenny continues to fight for the personal freedom of all Americans to decide for themselves what kind of health care they want. She is a staunch opponent of vaccine and mask mandates, and she brings the science to the issue that others refuse to bring. Dr. Tenpenny has been a frequent target of the free speech censorship brigade on most social platforms, having been banned by Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and more. Yet, she continues to stand and deliver her important messaging about bodily autonomy and our First Amendment rights to refuse experimental treatments based on freedom of speech, expression and religion.
Ep 26Episode 26 - Citizen Journalism Stands and Delivers!
This is an amazing story of how some ordinary, concerned people in a primarily older community started a local, citizen-based newspaper that has touched thousands of others with news they would not otherwise ever see. After one year, circulation has expanded to several surrounding cities and people from other states are calling to find out how they can do the same thing. Publisher Leesa Bolden is from Quartzsite, Arizona, a destination of choice for "snow birds" who travel down from northern states in the winter. The average age of residents is 72 years, many of whom are not avid consumers of Internet resources. After one year, circulation has expanded to several surrounding cities and people from other states are calling to find out how they can do the same thing. Patriot Free Press - https://tpfpnews.com/ Contact Leesa at: [email protected]
Ep 25Episode 25 - Boom! Collusion investigated between government and Big Tech
Patrick and Bob share what could be a monumental breakthrough in the attempt to stop Big Tech social media platforms from colluding with administration officials in the executive branch of the federal government. A federal judge has agreed to open discovery, upon motions made by the Attorneys General of Missouri and Louisiana, into the alleged collusion. This gives the attorneys subpoena power to look deep inside of the relationship between the government and the social media moguls who seem united in their effort to suppress the speech of "dissenting" voices. Stay tuned on this one, as it could become a key moment in trying to restore free speech online to people of all political ideologies, rather than just one. Another huge win for free speech was announced when the Supreme Court agreed to hear the case of Lorie Smith, a graphic artist and web designer in Colorado who is trying to prevent the state from punishing her if she refuses to create art or develop a website for an issue or cultural agenda with which she disagrees. The court will hear the argument--which centers on protecting against compelled speech, and not necessarily for religious reasons only--in the fall, with their opinion expected next summer.
Ep 24Episode 24 - Forced, Coerced, Compelled Speech IS NOT Free Speech
Pat and Bob discuss the state of the First Amendment in the United States, which is under attack unlike any other time since the Bill of Rights was written. The value of CFFS training, coordinating, and organizing is discussed, with the goal of making needed changes at the local level all across America. As an example of the assault on free speech, the guys discuss the law professor who insisted that a United States senator declare that men can get pregnant, or be branded as a transphobe who is inflicting violence on trans people. Forced, coerced, or compelled speech is just as dangerous as suppressed, banned, and censored speech, and if a U.S. senator can be treated in such a manner, what chance to any of us have when we decide to use our own speech in public school or employment settings?
Ep 23CFFS Episode 23 - Twitter loses suit brought by journalist
On the latest episode of Stand and Deliver...a special guest co-host discusses the free speech news of the day! CFFS Deputy Director Kimberly Miller fills the chair for the vacationing Patrick Wood, and teams up with National Communications Director Bob Frantz to defend the First Amendment! A big win for online free speech advocates as former NYT reporter Alex Berenson is restored to active status on Twitter! Berenson has been an outspoken critic of the national response to the Covid pandemic, and was even more vocal in his opposition to the Covid "vaccine" mandates. After being suspended by Twitter for spreading what they called "misinformation" about the shots, Berenson filed a suit to defend his free speech rights...standing and delivering for all those who have been silenced by the Big Tech overlords! Twitter ultimately caved and settled the suit--the magnitude of which should not be underestimated! Bob and Kimberly also discussed the NEA proposal to replace the word "mother" with "birthing person" in teacher contracts, which poses a significant question about how the nation's largest teachers' union will handle the correct biological language with the kids in their classrooms. Forcing children to use a nonsensible term like "birthing persons" to refer to their mothers...is a classic example of a free speech violation!
Ep 22Episode 22 - Google Endangers Democracy, Censors Political Candidates
On the latest episode of Stand and Deliver, Patrick and Bob set their sights on Google, which has set their sights on conservative politicians, campaigns and causes. As discussed on a previous episode, Google had been using their G-Mail platform to impact the flow of information from political candidates and groups to potential donors. Specifically, Google was censoring donation emails by sending them to the spam boxes of the recipients. Now, GOP leaders have crunched the numbers and determined that as much as $2 billion in donations were lost because Google refused to complete delivery of those emails. The guys then talk about the enormous victory for religious liberty delivered by the Supreme Court, ruling that a Washington state high school football coach was wrongly fired for praying quietly on the field following his team's games. The decision has massive implications on the free exercise of religion, which is of course the first clause in the First Amendment!
Ep 21Episode 21 - The Power of Citizen Ballot Arguments
Scot Mussi, Director of Free Enterprise Club in Arizona, joins Patrick Wood to discuss how citizens can submit written arguments for or against ballot initiatives in the 2022 election cycle. All submitted arguments must be published by law on ballots mailed to all registered voters in the state.
Ep 20Episode 20: Wrap up on AFA Propaganda Conference
Patrick Wood addressed the American Freedom Alliance conference on Propaganda last Sunday, and gives a report on some of the other speakers like Dr. Naomi Wolf, Professors Mattias Desmet and Mark Crispin Miller and others. Wood addressed the mediums of Propaganda and the soon and coming Metaverse delivery of not only propaganda but rewiring how people's brains reason through the fog.
Ep 19Episode 19: The Real Story Behind The DHS’ ”Ministry of Truth”
On the latest jam-packed episode of Stand and Deliver, Patrick delivered the news of two extraordinary conferences coming up in the next calendar week. On Sunday, June 12, Patrick will join a panel of distinguished presenters at the American Freedom Alliance's 2022 conference: "Propaganda - Is Anything You Know Real?" Propaganda is an existential threat to the First Amendment, and by extension, to the country as we know it. Patrick will be joined by James O'Keefe, Mark Crispin Miller, Trevor Loudon, Alex Newman and many others for this important event. Tickets HERE. Then, on Saturday, June 18, Patrick heads east to the "Path to Truth" conference in Tampa, FL. Patrick will team with 2 of his colleagues to form the "Crimes Against Humanity Task Force" and will present with Dr. Michael Yeadon for this important event. If you're in the Tampa area and would like tickets to this event, please click HERE. Patrick and Bob also introduced a new digital version of the CFFS propaganda awareness brochure, which summarizes the efforts of propagandists to distort truth and pollute the minds of the people. The video can be accessed HERE. Finally, a whistleblower in the DHS presented documents proving that the DHS was planning to collude with social media companies to suppress the voices and views of citizens with whom they disagreed, as party of their now-defunct "Ministry of Truth". See article HERE. AFA Propaganda Conference Seventeen Techniques of Propaganda video Crimes Against Humanity: Path to Truth Conference Ill-fated DHS disinformation board pursued partnership with social-media platforms to censor content
Ep 18Facebook ”Fact Checker” In Hiding In Paris
The WSJ wrote, “This is counter-opinion masquerading as fact checking”. The head of a Facebook fact-checking contractor, Science Feedback, is hiding out in France, scared to be drug into court for stepping over the line. The President of Facebook’s Science Feedback Is Hiding in Paris, Terrified of Appearing in Court
Ep 17Episode 17 - Propaganda In Focus
This new website, www.PropagandaInFocus.com, is founded by academics from around the world who specialize in propaganda and how it affects all areas of modern life.
Ep 16Stand and Deliver Episode 16
What does it mean that mean that the DHS has put the Ministry of Truth "on pause"? This is a new spin word that we haven't heard yet. Secondly, we talk about sex harassment charges over not using a person's "pronouns".
Ep 15Episode 15: Disinformation Governance Board
In this week's episode, break down the newest, and most dangerous, element of the Biden Administration's "Disinformation Governance Board," as the director of the board is now demanding editing capabilities of all tweets posted on Twitter and other social media.
Ep 14The ’Ministry of Truth’ at DHS Must Be Stopped
Today's program is dedicated to discussing the DHS' proposed "Disinformation Governance Board" to be headed by a left-wing ideologue, Nina Jankowicz. Many are already calling this the new "Ministry of Truth" modeled after George Orwell's dystopian novel, Nineteen Eighty-Four.
Ep 13Gmail Dumps Conservative Email Into Spam Folder
We frequently hear that email gets lost in the so-called "Junk Mail" folder or not even delivered at all. Now we know one big reason why this is happening: Google's Gmail is flagging email it doesn't want you to see so that it diverts as spam directly to the proverbial round file. It doesn't matter if the email was originally sent from a Gmail account or not; it is enough to just pass through a Gmail server to receive the "tag". This is a most outrageous violation of Free Speech and the First Amendment that we have ever seen, and it is almost impossible to get around it. Gmail currently captures at least 38 percent of total worldwide market share for email services.
Ep 12Episode 12: Mask Mandates Struck Down
A Federal judge in Florida struck down President Biden's travel mandate for wearing masks as illegal and unconstitutional. People cheered from coast to coast and CFFS was vindicated for standing against the mask mandates as violations of the First Amendment.
Ep 11Elon Musk, Twitter and Free Speech
This week, Bob and I continue to discuss the ramifications of Elon Musk’s potential takeover of Twitter on free speech online. Musk’s bold attempt to take Twitter from a public company to a private one. The move could eliminate the far-Left board members and administrators who have turned the platform into an echo chamber, and could be the first step toward remaking the digital town square into something that actually recognizes the First Amendment.
Ep 10Episode 10: Elon Musk Takes Big Stake In Twitter
This week, Bob and I go deep inside the exciting story of possible changes to Twitter. The Twitter platform has become the national public square for discussion of ideas and societal issues, but it has been woefully one-sided--made so by far Left Twitter administrators and board members. Now billionaire innovator and tech mogul Elon Musk has become the largest shareholder of the Twitter-verse, and he was promptly appointed to the board. Musk's actions and words leading up to his purchase are very encouraging, as he appears motivated to restore TRULY FREE speech to the social media giant's platform.
Ep 9Episode 9: Examples of Stand and Deliver
Pat gets a personal challenge this week to stand and deliver after being challenged with information that attempted to link him and his late colleague, Professor Antony Sutton, with anti-Semitism. Nothing could have been further from the truth. The incident was resolved by the publication allowing Pat to write a rebuttal giving the facts and demonstrating the error. Secondly, legal scholar Jonathan Turley stands and delivers on another free speech scandal at the DOJ who went after Project Veritas journalists and then hid the details from a judge who could have ruled against them.
Ep 8Episode 8: The Culture of Censorship
The corporate culture at Disney is so "progressive" that all non-progressives are forced into silence by ridicule and shaming. Democrat Tulsi Gabbard's public comments on the Ukraine war got her cancelled on YouTube and Google, demonstrating that it doesn't matter if you are conservative or liberal. If you cross the official "narrative", you are going to be punished.
Ep 7Episode 7: Free Speech As ”Domestic Terrorism” Could Be Codified Into Law
Parents designated as domestic terrorists for arguing with school boards may soon be codified in American law. The designation came after the US Department of Justice prompted and received a letter from the National School Boards Association complaining of parents’ behavior at board meetings. Now, a bill in the Judiciary Committee would cement the language as law.
Ep 6Episode 6: Airline Passenger Stands Up for Free Speech!
A Jet Blue passenger was booted from his flight for wearing a politically-themed face mask, even after following the crew's request that he replace it with a plain mask. He is now suing Jet Blue for violating his rights, and as you can imagine, we have pretty strong feelings about the case. We also discuss the ongoing danger of propaganda being used to confuse people -- essentially disguising fraud as free speech. And the CFFS Advocacy Center is now live, allowing visitors to see what legislation is pending in their state that may be a threat to First Amendment rights.
