Join Heartland Art Club in Kirkwood, Missouri, for the opening reception of Paintings Along the Trail of Tears on March sixth, honoring the Cherokee peoples journey through Crawford County. The exhibit, featuring artwork from plein air events, supports the Steelville Trail of Tears Remembrance Committees goal of preserving overlooked parts of American history.
