Flooding is still a concern in St. Louis County, where the County Executive issued a state of emergency today. The Shrewsbury Fire Department made a water rescue this morning in River Des Peres. The Meramec River near Pacific is about to hit the major flood stage. A young female student has been killed by a school bus in O'Fallon Missouri. St. Charles County checked votes by hand to make sure the tabulators were right.
