The STEEL WORKERS Union is responding to U.S. Steel's CEO threatening to shut-down integrated steel plants, like the one in Granite City, if a buy-out by Nippon of Japan fails. Concerns about the changes to the mail extend beyond November's election for Congresswoman Nikki Budzinski.
