What happens when there is a strong calling on your life, but you have too may deep-seated issues to actually fulfill that calling? What we find in the Word is that God, in His mercy, will bring those issues to light so that they can be dealt with and removed, much like chaff from the heart of wheat. One might say, we are sifted toward freedom. So, what are the warning signs that we are heading into a season of sifting, and how do we respond when He lovingly strips away the things we hide behind and reveals our own heart to us?
