We're coming up on the 30 year anniversary of the 1994 shortened strike MLB season in which it looked like the Montreal Expos and the New York Yankees were on a collision course for the World Series. The season abruptly ended and the rest is history, including the Expos franchise which moved to Washington to become the Nationals.
