Show Notes
With the sequel coming out in just a few weeks, we decided it was time to revisit an old classic here at Spooky Tuesday. When Beetlejuice (1988) first hit theaters over 36 years ago, audiences fell instantly in love with the titular character — even though he was meant to be more of a disgusting villain than a charming rogue. In fact, he's become so iconic that it's almost easy to forget Alec Baldwin and Geena Davis play the actual main characters. It doesn't help that Winona Ryder and Catherine O'Hara are major scene stealers too, but this whole flick is packed with fun, funny moments, and it's hard to choose just one fave. On our latest episode, we're digging into the grimy, ghostly nitty-gritty as we try not to summon too many evil spirits.
