Rosauers Supermarkets generous donation of over $45,000 to Second Harvests Bite to Go program in Spokane will provide an additional 150 children with weekend meals each school year. The program, which delivers bags of eight meals to schools, aims to combat hunger and its negative effects on childrens education. With this partnership, Second Harvest now supports about 12,000 children, but theres still a need for 7,000 more. The donation, collected through customer contributions at checkout, will stay local to benefit the northwest community.
