Jonathan Scales and the Fourchestra bring their unique blend of electric bass, drums, and steelpan to Hamilton Studios Listening Room in Spokane. Scales, a self-taught steelpan player, was inspired by an elective class in college and has since led the trio in pushing musical boundaries. Known for their innovative takes on instruments, the band has toured worldwide and even performed at NPRs Tiny Desk. In Spokane, Scales will also lead a workshop with Rogers High Schools music students and join their steelpan ensemble.
