Washington State Patrol identifies pedestrian killed in hit-and-run as Rogelio Santiago Sanchez, 48. Suspect, Kasey C. Kimble, 35, charged with vehicular homicide and failure to remain at scene. Crash occurred on Pines Road, Sanchez suffered severe injuries and died at scene. Kimble tracked down, arrested, and charged. Bail set at $50,000, trial in May.
