Lieutenant Governor Denny Heck and Senate Majority Floor Leader Marcus Riccelli resolved their long-standing dispute over a photo in Hecks office lobby, replacing the bare-looking Manito Park image with a vibrant Riverfront Park shot featuring the big red wagon and clock tower. The new image, chosen from three options, now joins photos from the states other forty-eight districts on the public lobby wall.
