I took some time to reflect on what it really means to say that life is great—even with everything going on in the world and in our personal lives. For me, this perspective comes down to choice and remembering the bigger picture: that I’m here to learn, grow, and navigate life with awareness. I talk about not letting difficult experiences define my outlook, staying committed to my spiritual goals, and being mindful of how I use my energy. When I step back, detach, and reconnect with that higher perspective, I feel lighter and more aligned. Life doesn’t have to be perfect for it to be meaningful, powerful, and ultimately… great.
