What’s strange is the ego that we have come to believe that we are and that’s what we must be willing to let go of. What are we letting go? A false self. A structure of consciousness that acts as a filter that prevents us from seeing the world as it really is… And so to take that filter away - to become realized – all we need to do is to silence the ego mind. Period. No more. Silence is the key. When we can silence the mind, which is what meditation is… Contemplation...
