Description: God’s secret, that the ego cannot grasp, is that the unmanifest potency (the Supreme Lord) emanates the manifest world—the form of the Goddess—within unmanifest Mind. The dream is not other than the mind of the dreamer. The dream is a dance of duality in all its possible expressions. The phenomenal plane is also the noumenal: samsara is nirvana. One must not take priority over the other, since they are the same.
