In this episode, Ali Levine talks about her journey to becoming a Holy Spirit Breath Coach.
Ali Levine is a former world-renowned intuitive and celebrity stylist, TV personality, author and transformational speaker. Known for dressing Hollywood's elite, Ali's life took a transformative turn in 2017 when she faced a deep mental health battle, postpartum depression, and anxiety after becoming a mother. This healing journey led her to explore spiritual practices, and by 2020, she became a Certified Breathwork Facilitator, Somatics Instructor, and Spiritual Coach.
Today, Ali is a Holy Spirit Breath Coach, helping women find healing in God through His Breath of Life. She no longer identifies with breathwork practices but instead guides women into true peace, clarity, and freedom through the Holy Spirit's presence. Ali believes that regulating your nervous system is more than just regulation—it's restoration with God when you don't hijack HIS breath, drawing on faith-based and biblical teachings, and cultivating a true relationship with our Heavenly Father.
Ali empowers others to move from surviving to thriving in mind, body, and spirit, embracing faith-based practices and a deeper connection with God. As a mother of three, Ali draws on her own experiences to inspire others to step into healing, purpose, and true peace. She believes you are just one breath away from your divine transformation in Him.
