Digging into Ernest Holmes' book Living the Science of Mind Dr. Patrick looks at the chapter entitled "Self-Awareness is Not Enough".
The three main points are: paradox, self-awareness, and self expression. A paradox is a statement or situation that defies logic. Our big paradox is that we are human and yet we are divine.
We are here in complete freedom. We can choose to be a vessel for Spirit or not. Self-awareness clears the track for right action---self-expression.
